Wedding / House of Laurels @ Maleny / Julie + Scott

Maleny is a beautiful picturesque town in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland – the perfect romantic location for a wedding.

Julie + Scott plus their bridal party of 18 stayed at the neighbouring accommodation with the main wedding day event taking place at House of Laurels – a quaint and charming colonial Queenslander with exquisite French Provincial furnishings and spectacular views only a short drive away, all serving as the perfect backdrop for your wedding photos.

Don’t take my word for it, check out some photos from Julie + Scott’s wedding.

Wedding / Roma Street Parklands / Dionne + Jason

While Dionne & Jason had a crowd of only 10 for their wedding in Roma Street Parklands in Brisbane last weekend, it ranks up their with the best of them to photograph because Dionne’s infectious laugh made sure everyone had a fun day.

Dionne & Jason – I hope you both enjoyed the day with your Aussie buddies and particularly enjoyed catching up with family and friends who flew in from Canada and New Zealand to help celebrate your special day.

Here is a sneak peek of some of the great photos I captured on the day.  Thanks for being an awesome couple and so much fun – I think you will find the photos reflect what a fun day you had.

Talk soon, Deb.

Wedding / Gold Coast / Ceri & Mark

Not all weddings go to plan, and when it doesn’t, all you can do is roll with it and enjoy the day no matter what happens – rain, hail or shine.

Ceri & Mark had planned for a beach wedding at The Spit on the Gold Coast not expecting it to rain in sunny Queensland.  But with the recent rain and uncertain weather condition, Ceri decided to book a room at the beautiful Palazzo Versace hotel to get ready to be closer to the ceremony venue, where I got some stunning photos of Ceri and the girls.

Well yes it rained on Ceri & Mark’s wedding day. and after several changes, unfortunately it wasn’t going to be a beach wedding and the wedding was relocated to the reception venue at L’Esprit on the Water Function Centre at Southport on the Gold Coast.

Unfortunately plans for family and location photos on the beach got squashed, but we still got some awesome shots of the couple, bridal party and guests around the reception venue and Im certain they all still had a great time. Best wishes Ceri & Mark.

Please enjoy some of the highlights from the wedding …
